Privacy Notice
This notice explains how Fusion Hightech Solutions Limited handles the personal information you share through the FusionHR website, including the Request a Demo form. It does not cover the employee information that organisations manage inside their own FusionHR workspace; that information is handled under the agreement with each organisation.
What we collect
When you request a demo or ask about pricing, we collect:
- your full name and work email address;
- your company name and approximate company size;
- anything you choose to write in the optional message.
Like most websites, our servers also process your IP address and basic request details. We use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions and to protect the site from abuse.
How we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request: to contact you, arrange and prepare a demo, and discuss whether FusionHR suits your organisation. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing mailing lists from this form.
Where it is kept
Your request is saved as a sales enquiry in the customer-relationship records that Fusion Hightech Solutions Limited operates for FusionHR, and a copy is emailed to our sales team. Only Fusion Hightech Solutions staff who handle sales enquiries can see it. We keep it for as long as we need it to respond and follow up, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Cookies
The website sets only the session cookies the platform needs to work. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website, and our fonts and images are served from our own servers.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have shared with us. Depending on where you are, data protection law, including Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019, may give you further rights.
